We ship within the United States, from the New York area.
Standard shipping is $8 per order, and free on orders of $57 or more (three jars). Express shipping is $15. The rate for your order is calculated at checkout.
Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days, and orders placed by 12 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. You receive a tracking email the day your parcel ships.
Every jar ships boxed, with its wooden dipper, its tasting card and its branded gift bag.
If a shipment is delayed beyond the window we promised you, you choose: wait, or a full refund the same day you ask.
If a parcel arrives broken, leaking or wrong, write to info@maisonlouvila.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full.
We do not ship outside the United States yet. If you are abroad and would like a jar, write to info@maisonlouvila.com.
